Before the first customer or supplier
- A Customer Control Account and a Supplier Control Account must exist on the chart of accounts.
- Credit terms, area, and agent must exist if Maintain Customer marks them required.
- Finish opening balances, unpaid bills, and stock value before you trust debtor, creditor, stock, and retained earnings on the reports.
